Hackensack Man Allegedly Sold Cocaine, Marijuana in City
Authorities recently busted a Hackensack New Jersey man accused of distributing drugs from his local apartment.
The suspect, a 50-year-old Hackensack resident, allegedly sold illegal narcotics such as cocaine, pot, and magic mushrooms.
A number of law enforcement agencies opened an investigation into the suspect after they got word that he was selling drugs in Bergen County. The investigating agencies included the Hackensack Police Department, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office.
Police officers obtained a search warrant for the suspect’s apartment on Prospect Avenue and conducted a raid. During the raid, police allegedly came across large quantities of drugs that included cocaine, marijuana, oxycodone, ecstasy, and psilocybin mushrooms.
The suspect was arrested and charged with multiple drug offenses, including distribution of cocaine and distribution of marijuana.
