Heroin Distribution Suspects Arrested in Ridgefield Park, NJ

Ridgefield Park Drug Crime ChargesBergen County police recently arrested two men who allegedly sold heroin from a car dealership in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Police officers also reportedly seized heroin found in the suspects’ car in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.

The two suspects, a 43-year-old Linden NJ man and a 44-year-old Westfield NJ man, became the subject of an investigation after authorities received word of illegal drug sales in Bergen County.

Investigators got search warrants for the suspects’ property, including a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox in Ridgefield Park and Emporium Auto Sales in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force later executed the search warrants and allegedly seized more than one kilogram of heroin and various drug paraphernalia, including a kilogram press machine, digital scales, and kilogram wrappers. Police also reportedly seized $10K in cash.

The suspects were arrested and charged with several drug offenses, including distribution of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

After being arrested and processed, the suspects were moved to the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, NJ.
