Fairview NJ Police Arrest Local Man Who Allegedly Molested Young Girl

Fairview NJ Sexual Offense SuspectA Fairview NJ man allegedly sexually molested a juvenile girl.

According to Bergen County prosecutors, the suspect inappropriately touched a young girl at an undisclosed location in Fairview, New Jersey. The victim came forward with the allegations of sexual misconduct and reported the abuse to Fairview NJ police. The Fairview Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit then worked together on an investigation into the alleged sex crimes.

Detectives spoke with the suspect and determined that there was enough evidence to arrest him and criminally charge him.

The suspect is a 45-year-old man who resides on Third Street in Fairview, New Jersey. He reportedly owns and operates a boxing gym in West New York, NJ. He has been charged with multiple sex crimes, including aggravated criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.

If the suspect is convicted of the sex offense charges, he could wind up behind bars in New Jersey State Prison for a very long time.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the suspect was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, New Jersey. He was being held at the correctional facility in lieu of a $50,000 bail amount.
